General Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Unused & Unopened Products: Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, haircare, or body products unless they are defective.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries (Including Customs-Related Returns)
Please note:
- All international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees charged by their country. This is clearly stated at checkout and on our shipping policy page.
- If you refuse a delivery due to customs fees or do not collect it from your local postal or customs office, the package will be returned to us at your expense.
- In these situations, no refund will be issued.
- If your package is returned due to customs refusal, you must contact us to arrange redelivery. You will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
We strongly advise reaching out to us before refusing a parcel so we can try to assist or offer options.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable

We believe in natural results. If you have used our Growth Bundles consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied:
We offer a full refund, provided that:
- You email us within 120 days of the purchase date
- You show proof of consistent use (e.g., before/after photos or timeline)

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Courses)
All digital products, including eBooks, guides, and downloadable files, are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and the file delivered.
Because digital items cannot be returned, refunds or exchanges are not accepted for these purchases.
Please ensure you read the product description carefully before buying, all digital products are clearly marked as eBooks or downloadable content.
